By using germanpastrychef.com you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Schmabi Ltd., Paphos, Cyprus. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site and the recipes

You may read the site and bake the recipes for yourself, your family and your friends. You may print a recipe for your own kitchen. You may not sell the recipes, copy the site, or publish our texts, photos or videos elsewhere without our written permission. You may share a link to any page.

Buying the e-book

E-books on germanpastrychef.com are sold by our reseller Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle). Paddle is the merchant of record for your purchase: it is your contracting party and handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and refunds. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.

Prices are shown in US dollars, or in your local currency where Paddle offers one, and include any sales tax or VAT that applies. The e-book is a PDF file for your personal use. Please do not share, resell or publish it.

Delivery

Right after payment you can download the PDF on the thank-you page. We also email you a personal download link. Each purchase includes five downloads. If you lose the email, you can request a new link on the download page. You do not need an account.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The e-book is digital content, so before your first download we ask whether you want it right away. If you agree, you also confirm that your right of withdrawal ends once the download starts. We confirm your agreement by email. If you have not downloaded the e-book when you withdraw within the 14 days, you get the full price back.

To withdraw, write to [email protected] within the 14 days and include the order number from your receipt, or contact Paddle at paddle.net. You do not need to give a reason. The refund goes to your original payment method within 14 days. After a refund, the download link stops working.

Wherever you live: if the file is faulty or you cannot download it, write to us. We will send you a working file or arrange a refund through Paddle. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Baking results and safety

Baking depends on your oven, your ingredients and your kitchen. We cannot promise that a recipe will turn out the same for you. Please check ingredients for allergens, handle hot ovens and sugar with care, and use your own judgment. You bake at your own risk.

No liability

We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, Schmabi Ltd. is not liable for damages that arise from using the site or following a recipe, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as Lisa’s German site. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
